Stephanie Joye, raised in Ashland OR, has always been fascinated with human anatomy. She was introduced to bodywork at a young age and has held a passion for helping people ever since.

She believes the body is very wise and knows how to heal itself, even if it needs a little help. Her intention is to facilitate healing using Fascial Stretch Therapy, Thai inspired bodywork, Cupping Therapy, Craniosacral, and Reiki.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Health and Fitness in 2019 from PSU/OHSU. She then attended East West College of the Healing Arts, earning her massage license in 2021. Soon after she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that re-directed HOW she would perform massage. This disorder gave her a unique perspective into her client’s chronic pain. She understands how pain can alter your daily activities, energy levels, and mental health. Her goal is to get you out of the pain cycle and into a mode of healing. Supporting you on your journey however she can.

A session with Stephanie looks different for each client, but you can be prepared by drinking lots of water before the session and wearing athletic clothing (shorts, tee shirts, leggings, etc). She follows her intuition and often finds the place that hurts isn’t the place that needs attention. Finding the root of your pain is very important to her.

Stephanie enjoys swimming, rowing, running, and everything else you can do outside. You can catch her on the river or hiking on her days off. She also finds joy in yoga, playing with animals, and volunteering at Providence Medical Center. She is working on her master’s degree from OHSU and is excited to use the knowledge she gains to help her clients.
